Tamara Brunow was sick of her sports bras.
They dug into her skin, pinched and squeezed in all the wrong places.
After years of being unhappy with the undergarment, the Council Bluffs woman had enough. So she designed her own. Now she sells the bras, and leggings, under her own label, H2W Apparel, which stands for happy, healthy, whole.

What started as a “crazy idea” has been launched into a new clothing line designed to fit “real women.”
Council Bluffs resident and owner of Brunow Contracting, Tamara Brunow this year released a new line of women’s activewear made under the label H2W — happy, healthy, whole — Apparel. The line includes sports bras, active leggings and capris.

Tamara Brunow, owner of TSBcertified Brunow Contracting, received recognition from both WOWTV Business Journal and The Daily NonPareil for her launch of H2W Apparel, an apparel company for women of all sizes.
Brunow recently also received recognition as a member of the Midlands Business Journal 2017 class of 40 Under 40 in the Greater Omaha, Sarpy County and Council Bluffs areas.
